How To Claim your parcel or package at Post Office.

So your going to claim your package and you've  received your notice from Philippine Postal Corp.

Bring the following:

1. Your notice from post-office.
2. Tracking number(kung meron)
3. Invoice or receipt (If bought online)
4. 2 valid id's

If someone to claim not in the name of the recipient

• authorization letter from the recipient.
• valid id of recipient.

Go to Post Office:

1.  Go to the window written in your notice.(If don't have window number in your notice ask frontdesk or guard what to do)
2. Present your notice to the custom or post office personnel.
3. Custom officer are going to open your package for examination(They can only examine your package in your present)
4. Custom officer appraise your package for duties and taxes.(If your package are taxable)
5. If taxable they will show you a computation of duties and taxes. You must pay it (Yeah, it is under the law) make sure you ask for receipt.

WARNING: Maaring kausapin ka ng custom officer na bumaba ang babayaran mo kaso hindi kanga lang nila bibigyan ng resibo. Nasa sau nayan kung papatulan mo raket na nila yan. Hindi na mapupunta sa gobyerno binayad mo kundi sa bulsa na nila.
