How to resolve the print spooler service is not running

To fix this error follow the steps below.

1. Click windows logo(start menu) search for Run

2. On run type: services.msc

3. On services find print spooler

4. Click on print spooler then click Stop button and click OK

5. click again on print spooler, on start up type select Automatic and now click Start then OK. This is to refresh the print spooler services.

If this not solve the problem, try to reinstall printer driver or download updated driver. I also encountered a virus causing print spooler server to not run. Try to scan your computer with anti virus.
