How to fix Windows 10 setting app is not opening. Issue Error 67758

After I upgraded to windows 10 a month ago I try to open the setting to look for something new, I could not open the setting. As I search on the net about this problem some of the windows 10 user experienced the same problem. Microsoft Identified this problem as Issue 67758 and they have a fix for this error. You can download the fix directly from Microsoft error 67758 troubleshoot.

1. To fix this, download the fix here.
2. Run the file.

3. Then click Next > next to continue the fix.

That's it, now I can open the setting up. Hope it works for you too.
